Data collected
Through the form: name, email, company, indicative budget, project type, message. Technical data: IP address, server logs, browser type, pages viewed. If you accept measurement and advertising cookies: Google Analytics and Google Ads identifiers. No payment is processed on this website.
Purposes and legal bases
Responding to enquiries (pre-contractual steps). Securing the site and preventing abuse (legitimate interest). Audience measurement and site improvement (consent). Google Ads, conversion tracking and possible remarketing (consent). Legal obligations when exchanges must be kept.

Contact requests: 24 months after the last exchange, unless a project is ongoing. Technical logs: 12 months. Cookie consent: 13 months. Analytics / Ads data: according to Google settings, up to 14 months for Analytics.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email hello@genesisconnectstudio.com or contact@genesisconnectstudio.com. ID may be requested if needed. We reply within one month.
